Precision Machining Services
At SWY Machine, we are able to work with a wide range of materials to meet your machining needs, including but not limited to: stainless steel; Inconel; Hastelloy; Incoloy; titanium; aluminum; brass; bronze; plastics including Delrin and Virgin PEEK.
We are committed to providing precision machined parts to our customer. Material traceability is maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Our shop utilizes the following equipment to meet customer drawings and specifications:
- CNC Lathes: Puma 240; Puma 2100
- CNC Mill: Samsung SMEC 5500
- Manual machines: Leblond Manual Lathe; Lagun Manual Mill
- Clausing Kalamazoo Automatic Saw
- Branson 8800 Ultrasonic Cleaner
Machined parts are inspected per specifications provided and inspection reports are generated.
The following Inspection Equipment - traceable to NIST - is used throughout the manufacturing process: STARRETT Optical Comparator; PHOENIX CMM; HELMEL CMM; pin gages; digital calipers; digimatic micrometer.
