With more than 40 years experience, Doug was drawn  to the field directly out of high school, working as a machinist for  Welex. He studied at Sam Houston State University and continued his  career as a machinist.

Ryan Polasek has 15 years working with both manual and CNC machines. He is proficient in all aspects of shop routing including the use of inspection equipment through course trainings. 

Nora manages the shops accounting department.

Courtney ensures successful shop routing procedures are in place and traceability is maintained throughout the machining process.
